Etopia Earth Warriors

Our world needs more love and our mother Earth needs more respect. A few years ago Omnia recorded one of my all-time favorite songs; Earth Warrior. At a recent Bored Meating I shared it as a weakly obsession and the rest, as you can see in this video is another piece of Etopian History.     And here’s the Omnia video:     Thanks to Solaria Georgia for her amazing machinima talents.

We spend a lot of time talking about regenerative living, greening our urban areas for better quality of life, building prototypes, and discussing all things Etopia at our Weakly Bored Meating, but now and again Sol convinces us to take some time out to do something different. Women In S.T.E.A.M. Weekend

Our friends at Whole Brain Health on Inspiration Island in Second Life is hosting special activities to celebrate the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, on Sunday, February 11, 2018. The goal is to address the challenges for females undertaking studies and pursuing careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts/Design, and Mathematics (S.T.E.A.M.), and to present forward-looking and pro-active options. Etopia is participating in this event with special tours and storytellers. The schedule is full of fun things to do and you’re invited!   Women In S.T.E.A.M Schedule. Kayly Iali’s Gallery Is Back & Has New Work!

Kayly Iali is back!! If you haven’t visited Kayly’s Gallery at the Etopia Coastal Village you’re missing out on a real gem.  Kayly is a real world oil painter and brings her work to SL for us to enjoy. Her story is inspiring and, for many of us, very familiar. She graduated college in 1979, had a family, and after her kids were practically grown she returned to school for a second degree.
